Please—if you’re feeling under the weather, stay home. Avoid being near babies who aren’t yours and steer clear of immune-compromised individuals. What feels like a mild cold to you could be dangerous for them. Let’s protect each other with kindness and caution.

- You’re experiencing upper respiratory symptoms like cough, fever, sore throat, or runny nose
- You may have influenza, strep throat, the common cold, bronchitis, a sinus infection, or COVID-19
- You’re not experiencing ear pain or pressure, which could indicate a middle ear infection
- You don’t have urgent symptoms like trouble breathing or persistent chest pain (not due to coughing)*
